Hi, I’m José Rodríguez and I’ve spent more than 25 years working in IT, somewhere between business ambition and technical reality.

Early in my career, I noticed a pattern: great strategies, smart people… and still, things didn’t quite land as expected.

It wasn’t about talent — it was the gap between what the business wanted and what technology could actually deliver.

That gap is what I’ve been drawn to ever since.

Over the years, I’ve focused on connecting both worlds — turning ideas into execution and aligning teams along the way. Not perfectly, but in a way that gets things moving.
